I will show you how to reliable create on demand development environments for use in your Drupal experiments and client work. We will explore the shiny side of impressive buzz words like Vagrant, VirtualBox, VMWare and Chef. I'll show you how to use Virtualization to integrate with other open source projects. By leveraging the experience and knowledge of these other communities you receive a better set of tools that allow you to focus on the parts of Drupal you love.
This talk will give you the foundation for creating environments on your local machines specific to Drupal. What you will learn here easily translates to building out production level environments. We will touch on concepts for unifying small development shops and teams of distributed developers.
