Rolling your own Entities in Drupal 7

One of the interesting and powerful tools in the Drupal 7 toolbox is the concept of entities - a fieldable chunk of data in the system which isn't a node or a user, but is similar.  I will go over the benefits and drawbacks of using entities, point out useful modules to use with them, and walk the attendees through creating a custom entity type and using it.
